Three Months Out Today

Happy Birthday Mare!!  I love reading your posts ~ you never fail to make me smile!!!  Congrats on your weight loss so far.  You truly are an inspiration to so many others.  And I think we all want it to fall off us faster than we put it on but then it would probably find it's way back to us and that ain't no good, right???  Hang in there, you are doing fantastic!!! Im right there with ya Mare!! I feel like I should be losing ALOT more, than  I am considering that I am eating 500 calories a day!! UGH!! I have been averaging about 20lbs per month, but I will take it because it is doing absolute wonders for my energy level!! Hope you had a good one!!

I know what you mean about the energy. That's my very favorite part. But, you know? I think maybe we are losing slower 'cuz we aren't eating enough maybe. I have a real hard time getting in all my protein. I have "ZERO" hunger and forget soemtimes. Those protein bullets save me.
